ID Scarf Removal
This in-line system quickly and efficiently removes I.D.scarf from the tube at speeds of up to 60 pieces per minute. The system includes a method to end position the tube at the end of the tube mill. Several end positioning methods are available including end swatting, a flat belt conveyor end positioning device or a tube mill runout table incorporating live rolls at the exit end to position the tubes for entry into the I.D. scarf flushout unit.

De-dimpling Machine

Tube De-burring

Rotoburr
Quickly remove sharp burrs from single ends of tubes, bars, and other metallic profiles with the Rotoburr. With its dual action brush rotation the Rotoburr is able to completely deburr the I.D. and O.D face of a profile in less than 3 seconds. This dual action motion also eliminates the need to spin the part and is extremely quiet, efficient and vibration free. The Rotoburr can either be fed manually with light pressure by an operator or robot fed as a part of a cell. This tube deburring machine is built to the highest standards of engineering excellence.

Burrmaster
The Burrmaster double end tube deburrer can deburr up to 4,000 parts per hour. Tubes can be automatically loaded to provide very high output for the most demanding applications.
